Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlSemolina
  2. 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  3. 1 tbspRai
  4. 1 teaspoonPeanuts
  5. 4 teaspoonUrad dhuli Dal
  6. 1Onion
  7. 2 tbspBeans chopped
  8. 2 tbspCarrots
  9. 2 tbspPeas
  10. 2Green chilli
  11. 2Dry red chilli
  12. 10 leavesCurry leaves
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. to tasteRed chilli powder
  15. 2 tbspCooking Oil
  16. As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast semolina in a karahi.

    Chop all vegetables in small pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Add red and green chilli and curry leaves.

    Now add all chopped vegetables and mix well and cook for 5 minutes or till peas and vegetables are done.

  5. 5

    Now add semolina and 2 bowls of water and stir till semolina absorb the water.

    Switch off the flame.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
