Steps

First take chap keep half hour into water, remove stick, cut into thin slices

Take a pan, shallow fry all chap pieces.

Take another pan heat the oil add onion and tomato puree and saute it.

Now add all spices and malai and mix well.

Now add milk and fry chap for 5 minutes. Ready to serve it
