Take the Bread slices and cut the edges.

Then use a cookie cutter or lid and cut small pieces into round shape.

Then roll it thin with the help of a rolling pin.

Now take a bowl, put all the chopped vegetables, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning and red chilli flakes. Mix well. In the meantime preheat the oven in toast mode at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Now take a muffin tray and grease the tray from inside with little butter.

Then put the bread slice in each cavity. Put the vegetable mix and top with grated cheese.

Now put the tray in the preheated oven and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or till nice and crisp. Take it out when done with the help of mittens/gloves.

Sprinkle with peri peri spice mix powder if you like it, Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
