Firstly soak the rice for 30 mins.

Heat ghee in pressure cooker add whole spices after crackling add onion and tomato then add ginger garlic paste, then add all veggies and cook for some time. Add all spices. Now add rice and saute well add water and allow the rice and veggies to cook well.

Serve hot with raita and salad.
