Arrange all Chopped vegetables.

Put a kadhai on low flame, pour the oil and heat it. Now add all seasoning ingredients and saute it. Now add onion and saute for 1minutes then add beans.

Add spiçes and cover the lid for a minute on low flame.when it half cooked then add tomatoes and cover the lid again for 1 minute.

Now we have to prepare kadhi batter. Blend the curd and add besan and blend properly. Add water into and stir.

Now add this better in vegetables.Add sufficient water. put the flame med to high and stir the spoon continuously.when it takes 1-2 boil then put the flame low to medium.

Check the kadhi. After 20 minutes check the consistency of this. If the batter looks thick then switch off the flame.

Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and Serve with rice or roti.
