Cut paneer keep it in big bowl

Boil tomatoes with little bit of garam masala, cardamom salt &pinch of sugar..

Dry roast cashew & soak khaskhas in 1/4cupof milk

Add 3/4sp butter in pan crakle jeera saute onion, garlic &ginger add all spices exceptional degi mirch & salt 2cook mnts in slow flame & gas turn off

Add butter in kadahi add onion & spices paste cook 2 mnts then cashew khaskhas paste mix well add degi mirch pour fresh tomato puri & cook 1 mnt

Add cream &stir fry fast in high flame for few seconds

Add 2tb water,paneer & left over ratanjot oil & cook in 2nts more

Garnish kasoori methi & serve paratha Or nan..
