Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 4big size tomato
  3. 2onion
  4. 4 clovegarlic
  5. 1 inchGinger piece
  6. 1 tsp khaskhas(posta)
  7. 10 piececashew
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspkashmiri mirch
  10. 1/4 tspjeera
  11. 1/4 tspdegi mirch
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1 tsp sabji masala
  14. 2cardamom
  15. To tasteSalt
  16. As neededRatanjot
  17. 1 1/2 tspbutter
  18. 1 tsp oil
  19. 2 tspamul cream
  20. 1tspKasoori methi
  21. 2 tspmilk

Steps

    Cut paneer keep it in big bowl

  2. 2

    1take chhonk katori heat 1sp oil add ratanjot & filter them mix paneer properly

  3. 3

    Boil tomatoes with little bit of garam masala, cardamom salt &pinch of sugar..

  4. 4

    Make puri& keep aside

  5. 5

    Dry roast cashew & soak khaskhas in 1/4cupof milk

  6. 6

    Make smooth paste

  7. 7

    Chopped onion,ginger& garlic

  8. 8

    Add 3/4sp butter in pan crakle jeera saute onion, garlic &ginger add all spices exceptional degi mirch & salt 2cook mnts in slow flame & gas turn off

  9. 9

    Grind it &make smooth paste

  10. 10

    Add butter in kadahi add onion & spices paste cook 2 mnts then cashew khaskhas paste mix well add degi mirch pour fresh tomato puri & cook 1 mnt

  11. 11

    Add cream &stir fry fast in high flame for few seconds

  12. 12

    Add 2tb water,paneer & left over ratanjot oil & cook in 2nts more

  13. 13

    Garnish kasoori methi & serve paratha Or nan..
