Steps

Peel and mash the potatoes.

In a pan add mustard oil heat it and fry red chilli for just 30 seconds and remove it

Now fry onion for 1 minute and chives leaf for 1 minute.

Make paste of fried red chilli

Put all these in a plate add mashed potatoes, salt and a spoon of mustard oil.

Mix it properly. Aloo kangmet is ready.
