Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1 1/2 cupsemolina fine
  • 1/3 cupflour
  • 1/4 teaspoondry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cupwarm water + 2 tablespoon
  • Simple syrup

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix everything it will be sticky dough cover and let it rest for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Using piping technique with the star nozzle pipe it in the hot oil ring style fry both side

  3. 3

    Drop it in cold simple syrup for 30 seconds enjoy
