  • 1/2 CupRoasted Red Pepper
  • 1Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 CupTahini
  • 1Chili Pepper
  • 1 TbspOlive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pine Nuts and Chili Flakes (Optional)

    Combine all ingredients but the chili flakes and pine nuts in a food processor until smooth.

    Top with chili flakes and pine nuts. Keep in the fridge up to one week.
