Ingredients

12- 15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupsoaked skinned moong dal
  2. 1 tbsppav bhaji masala
  3. 2-3green chillies
  4. 1 tspcoriander seeds powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 4-5brown bread slices
  7. Oil for frying

Steps

12- 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the soaked (soaked for 2 hours) moong dal coarsely along with green chillies. Add the spices and mix together(tip - Don't add water).

    Apply the mixture on the bread slices.

    Cut the bread slices into 4 traingles.

    Deep fry the cut bread slices on medium flame from both the sides till golden in colour and crispy.

    Grate cheese and apply a spoon of tomato ketchup on top while serving. Serve immediately.
