Grind the soaked (soaked for 2 hours) moong dal coarsely along with green chillies. Add the spices and mix together(tip - Don't add water).

Apply the mixture on the bread slices.

Cut the bread slices into 4 traingles.

Deep fry the cut bread slices on medium flame from both the sides till golden in colour and crispy.

Grate cheese and apply a spoon of tomato ketchup on top while serving. Serve immediately.
