Wash clean your potatoes and chop them into thick wedges

Boil them in salty water with some Rosemary leaves for 10 minutes, drain and allow to cool

In a medium high heated oil, deep fry them till they form a nice crispy coating. Remove and place them in an underlined container

Serve with sauce
