Take all the ingredients

Take a pan heatup some oil add red chilli and fry for few seconds then remove in a plate and let it cook then place it in a mortar and roughly crush

Now add onions and fry them untill golden brown and remove from pan then add chives and fry them untill golden brown.

Now in same pan add onions crushed red chilli potatoes salt and mix well add few drops of mustard oil. And serve hot with rice
