Ingredients

50 minutes
4 servings
  • 3 CupRice
  • 1/2 CupVegetable Oil
  • 8Balls Red Pepper
  • 9Balls Tomato
  • 1Big Ball Onions
  • 75 gShredded Beef
  • 80 gGrounded Crayfish
  • 3Stock Cubes
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 50 gCarrot
  • 50 gGreen Beans
  • 4Smoked Panla Fish
  • 1/2 CupMeat Stock
  • 1 CupCoconut Milk
  • I/2tsp Curry
  • 1/2 tspThyme

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Parboil rice in a separate pot.

  2. 2

    While rice is boiling in lala land, add oil to frying pan.

  3. 3

    Add onions when oil is hot.

  4. 4

    Add red pepper.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes.

    Stir until tomatoes look cooked.

    Add shredded beef.

    Add crayfish

  9. 9

    Add meat stock.

  10. 10

    Add stock cubes and salt

    Add curry and thyme.

  12. 12

    Stir well.

  13. 13

    Add coconut milk. Leave to boil for 4 minutes.

    Add parboiled rice.

  15. 15

    Stir thoroughly.

  16. 16

    Add smoked fish, carrot and green beans.

  17. 17

    Stir well and leave to cook.

  18. 18

    Serve hot with your choice juice.
