In a clean bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder) add oil and water to form a soft dough.

Roll it out very flat and cut circle shapes. Use your 2 fingers (tumb and pointer) @ the centervof 2 opposite edges of the circle and bring the fingers together to make the bow. Then fry in a hot oil and dip in the syrup then sprinkle sesame seed.
