  • 1Onion in slice
  • 1 tspCumins seeds
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • pinchTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspAmchur (dry mango) powder
  • 3 tspBesan

    Cut and clean karela and add salt mix with karela and keep aside for 2 hours for less betternessnow cut slice es of pyas heat oil add jeera crackle them add hing add pyas saute them till pjnk colour now add haldi faniya powder lal mirchi powder few salt Amchur powder and besan saute them now add few water masala mix allover add karela slice es and saute them cover lid cook karela on slow flame untill it cook open lid check it see karela cook well transfer to plate and serve with roti
