Traditionally sindhi recipe called singhi aalu ji bhaaji ( sabji ) . It is specially eaten post pregnancy ( without potatoes and cooked in ghee instead of oil )

First of all wash clean and peel the drumsticks gently and cut them into 4-5 inches long pieces as shown in the pic

Now peel wash and dice the potatoes and keep aside. Take A cooker heat oil add jeera and curry leaves then add the tomato puree salt and turmeric powder and let it cook for few mins on low flame until tomatoes are done.

U Now add the drumstick pieces and potato pieces and cook on low flame.for 5 mins keep stirring every minute. Then add 1 glass water and let it boil after 2 mins pressure cook for 2 - 3 whistles. It's ready garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti or rice.

Do check / taste before serving. Adjust the salt and spices as per your taste.
