Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgarrow roots
  • 100 gspinach
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean arrow roots and boil for 45mins

  2. 2

    Clean and cut spinach toss in olive oil for 5mins and add a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Fry eggs in olive oil with a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Breakfast ready to enjoy
