Firstly take a soaked chana drain and wash it.

Then take a cooker now add chana, as required water, some salt now pressure cook up to 4 or 5 whistles now reduce the flame.

Let it cool completely then open the lid.

Now heat the wok with oil then add cumin, green chilli ginger now stir it few minutes then add some onion saute it becomes tender then add tomatoes, all given spices and some salt mix it properly now cook for 3or 4 mins on lower flame.

Now add the cooked chana,some little water mix it well then cover and cook for 5 mins on lower flame.

Now reduce the flame and at last garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves mix well.

Serve hot.
