Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/gas mark 4. Grease a baking tin add baking paper to the bottom of the tin. Grease the paper and then add baking paper to the sides of the tin. Grease that paper.

Measure all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer until evenly blended

Spoon mixture into the tin and get it all in. Spread gently in to the corners and level the surface

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the brownies have a crusty top, a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Cover loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes
