Chop the spinach the size you like, in a cooker put some olive oil let the oil get a bit hot the add the spinach keep cooking the spinach until it loses its water you can use some salt for that but keep the saltiness balanced 😉 when all the water is off take the spinach out.

Chop the garlic and the onion, in a pan put some olive oil in and let it get hot, now add the chopped garlic and onion. After a few minutes you can add the spinach, there you can add some lemon juice (1 table spoon) add the salt and the pepper then mix well.

After plating the dish add some olive oil and pepper.
