5 packetparle G biscuits
4-5 tbspnmixed fruit jam
250 gmunsalted butter
150 gmpowder sugar
1 cupLuke warm water
1tspn any one food colour of Ur choice

Dip parle G biscuit in Luke warm water one by one and place them to form a rectangular shape.. Apply jam layer on the biscuit layer..

Now again prepare a biscuits layer above the jam layer by dip each biscuit in Luke warm water.. Now apply unsalted butter layer.. Repeat the process with one layer of biscuit and jam again..

Lastly prepare one more biscuit layer.. Now in a bowl mix very nicely the butter and powder sugar to form a floppy creamy texture.. Add the colour you want the top of the cake I have used blue food colour..

Now nicely apply the cream on top of the cake and do cover the edges.. Decorate it with any fruit or design of your choice.. Easy and yummy biscuit cake is ready..
