Chinese Fried Rice
Steps

Take a pan heat oil on medium flame. Add tofu/Paneer to it and let it roast, till they are turns into golden colour. Take out in a plate.

Now add carrot, beans as well and cook it on high flame & make sure the oil is hot enough.

Fry the Veggies till becomes crunchy. Now add capsicum and cabbage as well fry the Veggies for anotther 30 seconds to 1 minute

Add green chilli sauce, vinegar. Now combine the roasted Tofu/Paneer as well. Saute nicely.

Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the gas. Now saute for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.

CHINESE FRIED RICE, take out in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
