Put a pan on medium flame and add 1 tbs oil,add mustard and jeera seeds, garlic, chopped tomatoes,mint and coriander leaves. Stir for 5 minutes and add groundnuts and chana.

Mix all ingredients well till it becomes soft. Add tamarind and jaggery and mix well. Add all spices and mix well. Now blend the mixture coarsely in the grinder

For tadaka: Add 1tbs vegetable oil in Tadaka pan on low heat, add mustard and jeera seeds, add chana and urad daal let it be crispy add curry leaves, red chilies and lastly pinch of asafoetida and put it on the Chutney. Ready to eat with hot rice or Idly-Dosa.
