Sieve the flour,cream your egg and sugar until it is fluffy in a different bowl

Add all the ingredients to the flour and rub in the fat into flour,make a hole and pour the creamed sugar and egg into it and the milk

Knead the dough, roll it and cut it into desired shapes

Fry it and serve it with chill drink or even tea
