Cooking Instructions

Cut bitter gourd to thin slices, use folk to press the salted egg to small pieces, beat eggs with pinch of salt and pepper.

Fry eggs to omelette. Set a side.

Fry salted egg with 2 tbsp of cooking oils, with low heat until the eggs is bubbling.

Add in bitter gourd, and pinch of pepper, turn to high heat, stir fry for few seconds.

Add 100ml of water, until steam appear, put in omelette, veggie seasoning, stir fry gently

Add water to starch, mix well.

Taste the food, add pinch of salt if needed, depends on how salty the salted eggs. Until the bitter gourd soften, add starch water, Stir fry gently until starch is cooked. Done
