Ingredients

  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupyoghurt or sour cream
  • 1 cupoil
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 190 degrees.Whisk the sugar and eggs till creamy

    Add the oil and yoghurt and lemon rind

    Add juice of the lemon,then fold in the flour.till fully incorporated

    Coat the blueberries in flour.Put half batter in a greased add half the blueberries add the other batter and top with blueberries.bake for 40 minutes.serve when cool
