Steps

Take ghee in a pan add jeera saunf ginger and green chilli then add water and peas Salt and cook to this add chole masala / Garam masala and cook the green peas.

Now add green chutney mix boil it for two mins then at last add sweet chutney and boil it again for two mins. Serve hot with roti.

Note this does not taste good with oil as tadka only ghee.
