Steps

Take one bowl little big or medium size. assemble all the things in it. first wash all vegetables an dthen chopped them in a bowl.

Add 2 cup rava (sooji), 2 cup rice flour and 2/4 cup maida in a large bowl of glass.

Now you have to do one thing add water into it & salt and mixed them untill you get in pure form. like everything in same form.

Now add all vegetables 7 cabage leaves as this is jain so you can not add onion.mix them well.

Mix well and check for better consistency. add more water for better consistency. after 20 to 25 minutes check for consistency again. Rava absorbs water after soaking so batter may become thick.

Heat a nonstick dosa over medium flame. you can check tawa is sufficiently hot. sprinkle few drops of water. if water drop evaporate means tawa is hot.

Add all vegetables & masala which we have gathered in a bowl. add it in plain dosa. & your rava masala dosa is ready. ofcourse this is jain.
