Sweet potato pie quick and easy recipe

Best tasting thing I've ever cooked. I stopped breathing until I finished eating.

Made it for a work party. I like it more than pumpkin pie. Takes a while to make but worth it.

Learned very early when I was a little girl watching my mother..

My daughter started baking by herself at age 10 and this is her favorite pie to make for the holidays - especially when others requested it for their family. It originated from the recipes of B. Smith and transformed into something more. I stated this will make 2 8in deep dish pies but it would probably make that plus a regular size pie. Enjoy!
