Tandoori Soya Chaap

In a bowl add curd,ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, besan, oil, kasuri methi, salt mix it well.

Put soya chaap in it, mix it well so the chaap marinate well. Keep aside for atleast 2 hrs.

Preheat electric tandoor for 10 minutes. Place chaap in it.

Cook it for 5 minutes, open the tandoor, apply butter on top of the chaaps and change the side of the chaap. Cook it again for 5 minutes.

Chaap are ready apply some butter on them.

On a plate add lemon juice and chaat masala, mix it well.

Put roasted chaap in it, roll it in the lemon juice mixture. Chaap are ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with mint chutney and laccha onion.
