Chicken Cornflakes
Perfect fried chicken with the crispiest and

Steps

In a food processor, grind cornflakes, for a while, into smaller pieces (please don’t over grind).

In a bowl, add cornflakes with the other coating ingredients. Mix well. Set aside.
in a different bowl, mix all batter ingredients well. - 3
Dip the chicken into batter ingredients.

Press the chicken slowly and evenly in coating ingredients.

Deep fry the chicken over medium high heat until crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the pan. Place the chicken on the paper towel to absorb the excessive oil.

Serve chicken with chili sauce or tomato ketchup or mayonnaise. Yum! 😋
