Take lassi in a deep bowl add basen,salt, curry, leaves and turmeric powder and required water.

Boil this when the bubbles come up now lower the flame and let it boil 20_25 min

Take a wok heat oil jeera, onion, potato and ginger garlic paste and green chilli.

When onion become little brown add tomato and all spices and mix it well.

Cook for 10 12 min. Now add vegetables gravy into the boiled kadai and mix it well. Now curry is ready to serve.

Take a pressure cooker add oil and jeera.

Now add rice and add water and salt mix it well. Cover the lid tightly and cook for 2,3 whistle.

Now curry, rice is ready to serve.
