Only thing is the bread should not be very soft and fresh. I used multigrain bread and fresh corn. This is an innovative version of the classic dish, made with crushed sweet corn and multigrain bread. The richness of corn is evident in every mouthful of this upma.it is very healthy and delicious

Cut bread slices into cubes.and blend in mixer.

Heat oil in a kadhai.
Add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering, add urad and chana dal, curry leaves and green chillies. - 3
Cook for few seconds. Add onions. Cook till it becomes pink. Add capsicum and cook for 2 mins. Add tomatoes, carrot and corn, mix well and cook for 2 mins.

Add all the masala powder and salt to taste. Mix well and cook till tomatoes become soft.

Now add the bread crumbs, mix well and cook for 5 mins on a low flame.
