Heat oil in a kadhai/wok. Add garlic and onions.

Once onions have turned slightly transparent, add bell peppers and baby corns.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Once the veggies are slightly cooked, add soy sauce to the mixture.

Add rice once the veggies are cooked. Garnish with spring onions and serve with ketchup or hot garlic sauce.
