4potato
500 gmcauliflower cut into small florets
4capsicum
4carrot
1 tspkitchen king masala
To tastesalt and red chilli powder
To tasteamchoor powder
As neededoil
1 cuponion paste
1 cuptomato puree

Steps

Cut all vegetable into small pieces, wash and wipe with cloth.

Heat oil in a kadhai, deep-fry all vegetables.

Heat oil saute onion paste, then add tomato puree saute it, add all spices, now add all vegetable already fried, mix well.

Add kitchen king masala.

Serve hot with chapati.
