Mirchi bajee mixture
It is a evening saviour or a tea time snake.

Below shown pic is mirchi chilli/bajee. Not regular green chillies.

Preparation to make bajjes: take a bowl of besan 1 1/2 cups, add salt, mirchi powder, rice flour 2 tbsp mix with water without lumps in medium consistency. Cut bajees into small vertical pieces

Take a Kadhai pour nearly 300 ml of oil for deep fry. Dip those bajees and put into oil fry them until it turns golden brown colour. Now take a tissue paper and remove excess oil. Let it cool to room temperature then cut them into medium size pieces.

Take a bowl add all chopped raw ingredients and small pieces of bajjes,add lemon juice,salt and mix well.ready to eat.
