  3. 2tomato
  4. 1onion
  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspzera
  7. 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  8. 1 tspTarmiric powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tbspkasori methi
  12. 1lemon
  13. 1chicken cubs
  14. 4green chilies
  15. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  16. 1/2 cupOil
  17. 1 tspsalt
  18. 1onion
  19. 1 tbspGinger Julian cut

Steps

  1. 1

    Sub sy pehle dal dho kar 1 hour ke liye bhego dein phir boil kar lein boil krte waqt jo jhag oper a jata hai us ko nikal dein dal soft ho jaye lekin tote nahi

    Lauki cut kar ke rakh, lein 2 tomato ki pure bana kar rakh lein, onion bhi blend kar ke rakh lein

  3. 3

    Aub ek pen main oil garam krein aur us main zera dal kar karkarain phir pesi hoe piyaz dal kar 5 min tak slow flame par pakain

  4. 4

    5 min baad ginger garlic paste add kar ke bhon lein 2 min ke liye aub red chilli flakes, Tarmiric powder, salt, coriander powder dal kar bhon lein

  5. 5

    Masale thore bhon jain tu tomato pure add krein aur achi tarhan bhon lein etna bhone ke oil alag ho jaye

  6. 6

    Aub masale main boil dal aur boil lauki add kar dein ache sy mix krein 1/2 cup pani dal dein sath hi chicken cubs bhi dal kar 5 min ke liye slow flame par cover kar ke pakain

  7. 7

    5 min baad kasori methi, lemon juice, garam masala, hara dhanya, hari mirch add kar ke 2 min dam par rakhein

  8. 8

    Aub ek choti piyaz 4 tbsp oil main garam kar fry kar lein aur ye bhagar dal par dal dein adrak lambai main cut kar ke dal dein ready hai
