Wash and soak the rice for an hour. Now remove from water and dried it and grind it.

Heat milk till thickened. Stir it regularly. Mean while fry dryfruits in ghee. Now fry rice also.

Now add rice in milk and cook at low flame. Stir it regularly. Other wise rice will stick in pan's bottom. Cook rice fully.

Off the flame. Now add jaggery and salt and dry fruits. Mix well cover it. Jaggery will melt slowly with the hotness of kheer. Jaggery kheer is ready.
