First of all take 2 full spoon oil in cooker put it on high flame untill oil become hot.after that put the onion and chilli into the cooker fry it at medium flame for 2-3 mint put the tomato also and fry it.

Put the masala,salt,red chilli,black papper and cook the mixture for 4- 5 mint

Put the daliya also into the cooker and fry it with the mixture.After 2-3 minutes put 4 bowls of water into the mixture and tight the cooker with lid and wait for the whistle

Your daliya will be ready within 1 whistle garnish it with with corriander and try it with pikle
