Mawa Gulab jamun

Grate the Mawa.Add flour and semolina soaked in water.mix nicely.

Now add baking powder and make a soft dough for making gulabjamun balls.

Prepare a sugar syrup of one string with dilute consistancy by adding saffron and cardamom.

Deep fry the balls in oil or ghee.Till dark brown.leave it for 2 minutes.

Now dip in the sugar syrup and leave for half an hour.Serve hot or cool.

Garnish with pistachios and enjoy the delicious gulabjamun full of syrup.
