  1. 250 gramtomato
  2. 100 gmgram flour
  3. 2 pinchbaking soda powder
  4. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  5. 3/4curry leaves
  6. 4green chilli
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 2 tablespooncoriander powder
  10. 1 tablespoonchopped green coriander leaves
  11. As required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a utensil heat up a oil cook mustard seeds in it then add kadi leaves and green chilli add tomatoes Pyuri and all dry speics (salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder).simmer for 20 minutes

    Meanwhile take bowl pour gram flour,salt and baking soda powder mix it well add water to make a smooth batter

    Now heat oil in a.wok,make small from the batter and deep fry them

    When tomato cook properly then add water then add these ball in the tomato gravy and boil for 5 minutes the gravy.

    Pakode ki sabzi is ready to eat.garnish it with coriander leaves
