  1. For Batter:-
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. As per taste Salt
  4. Pinchsugar
  5. PinchBaking soda
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. Few Finely chopped Green chillies
  8. As Required Water
  9. For tempering:
  10. As required Oil
  11. 3-4curry leaves
  12. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  13. PinchAsafoetida
  14. leavesFew coriander
  15. As required Desiccated coconut for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add all ingredients. And make a semi thin batter.

    Heat the steamer put little water in steamer.In a greased plate add batter and steam the dhoklas for 20 min on slow medium flame

  3. 3

    After that take pan for tempering and add all ing. And put this tempering over dhoklas.

  4. 4

    Serve hot garnishing with desiccated coconut.
