  • 1/2 kgpigeon pea/ sea pods
  • As per tasteSalt
  • as requiredwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the peas with water. Keep the cooker in medium heat add washed peas and sufficient water, add salt as per taste. Take 3 whistles and switch off the flame.

  2. 2

    Let the cooker get cool. Take out the peas in a strainer. And it's ready to eat. It's a very simple recipe but the taste is so yummy.

    You can take out the peas in a bowl add chopped onion, tomatoes and chilli powder, salt as per taste and garnish with coriander leaves and bhel is ready to eat.
