Ingredients

  • 1 packetmushrooms cut into pieces
  • 2onions puree
  • 1 cupmalai
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and onion.mix well.cook for two minutes.now add mushrooms and saute for two minutes.add spices and mix again.now add malai and milk and cook for five minutes at medium flame.after that add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
