❤Homemade Whipped Cream

Recipe: Nila Aviana
This homemade whipped cream tastes like ice cream. The recipe is actually quite similar to the homemade ice cream recipe I make. But there's nothing wrong with making your own whipped cream at home instead of buying the expensive powdered kind, right? The advantage of this whipped cream is that it's very economical, so you don't have to spend a lot. However, it tends to soften easily when used for cake decoration, unlike buttercream, which can hold its shape well. So if you want to use it for decorating cakes, it's best to store the decorated cake in the fridge as soon as possible, and it's better for personal consumption rather than for birthday cake orders. 😊😊 I tried this recipe for my husband's birthday black forest cake. I made it in the afternoon, and by the evening, it was all gone. Thankfully, the cake didn't fall apart because I put it in the fridge right after decorating. ☺☺
For storage, if used for cake decoration, it's best consumed within a day as it spoils easily. If you make too much and have leftovers, just put it in an airtight container and store it in the freezer; it will freeze like ice cream. 😋😋 You can reduce the sugar if it's too sweet for your taste. Adjust to your preference. 🤗🤗
