Sliced the cabbage, grate the carrots slice green p, grate red pepper and scotch bonnet. In a sauce pan pour little oil add onions add grated red pepper and scotch bonnet allow to fry add seasonings and spices then add carrots stri fry and add green pepper and cabbage stir for 3-5 minutes and set aside. In a clean bowl sift the flour add baking powder, salt and butter me x well then add water little by little until you form a dough, allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Roll out the dough cut rectangular shapes, use Sharp knife and cut the edge into strips as shown in the picture below, add filling and roll, join the ends to form ring shape and deep fry in hot oil.
