In a bowl add all the flour's.then add onions,tomato puree, garlic and coriander Leaves.

Add all spices. add ginger-chilli paste and pickle masala and mix well.

Now prepare dough.add water if needed.now take ball from dough on hands greased with oil.

Now roll it thicker than roti.now sprinkle tomato and coriander Leaves.lightly use rolling pin over it once.

Heat tava and grease with oil.put parantha on the tava with tomato and coriander side up.cook from both the sides.

Apply oil and cook properly.parantha is ready.serve hot with curd.
