In a bowl take soya granules. There should be no water. Add grated carrot, grated ginger, chopped chillies and coriander, salt and all masalas.

Take some dough and roll it slightly and dust with wheat flour and then keep the stuffing at the centre.

Cover it properly and roll into thick parathas and cook on pan by spreading some oil.

Cook nicely from both the sides. Serve hot with salad and curd.
