Ingredients

  • 1/4ghiya or lauki
  • 1 bowlchana dal
  • 1 teaspoonjeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1.5 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2-3chopped tomatoes
  • 1.5 teaspoondhaniya (coriander) powder
  • 1 tea spoonamchur(dry mango) powder
  • as neededChopped green coriander leaves
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chana dal and cut lauki in small pieces

    Take cooker put oil jeera hing chopped tomatoes and mix well put add spices except amchur

    Add dal and ghiya add water give 5-6 whistle and dein put on medium flame for 5-10 minutes

    Add amchur mix well and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
