Ingredients

  • 500 gmsWheat flour(gehun ka aata)
  • 250 gramsJaggery(gurh) (grated)
  • 250 gmsDry fruits(mixed nuts)
  • 250 gmsMelted Ghee
  • 50 gmsRoasted Dessicated coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast all nuts and grind it coasely in a grinder.

  2. 2

    Dry roast wheat flour in a heavy bottomed pan(kadai) until it's nicely roasted.

  3. 3

    Add melted ghee and roast it for 2 or 3 minutes more on low to medium flame.

  4. 4

    Add coarsely grounded nuts and roasted desiccated coconut. Mix it well.

  5. 5

    Cool it slightly(it should be warm but not too hot). Add grated gud and mix it well.

  6. 6

    Make small sized balls from the mixture. The balls will be soft but after sometime it will become firm.
